1. Prohibited content
- Sexual content / NSFW: pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence and gore: graphic injury, torture, animal cruelty, or content encouraging violent harm.
- Hate and harassment: hateful attacks, dehumanization, threats or targeted abusive content.
- Child safety: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, grooming or exploitation of minors, including synthetic depictions.
- Deceptive impersonation / deepfakes: misleading depictions of real people, identity fraud, or content falsely presented as authentic evidence or endorsement.
- Intellectual-property violations: infringing copyrighted material, trademarks, likeness or privacy rights; counterfeit branding or unauthorized use of someone else’s work.
2. Additional restrictions
Do not use stolen photos, expose personal information, upload malware, bypass usage limits, evade safety checks or attempt unauthorized access. Only submit content you have the rights and permissions to use. A template name or generated result does not grant rights to a third-party brand or character.
3. Current checks and limitations
The application accepts supported image formats and server-defined portrait templates. These checks limit inputs but are not a comprehensive safety assessment of images. The generation provider may reject requests under its own policies. We do not claim every upload or output is inspected by a person or automatically classified for all prohibited categories.
The final template prompt must pass Prompt Sift before we submit a generation or reserve a credit. Blocked, unscored or review-required prompts are not generated and do not use a credit. Review-required does not mean a human review is automatically queued; choose another template or contact support.
4. Reporting and review
Report suspected violations to [email protected] with the relevant page or task reference, the issue and your contact information. For copyright or trademark concerns, identify the work or mark, your authority to report it, and the disputed material. Do not attach illegal imagery, especially CSAM; provide identifying references instead.
Reports are handled through support, not a 24-hour emergency service. We may request further information, investigate available records, restrict requests or remove material under our control. Serious or repeated violations may result in access restrictions or termination, and legally required reports to authorities. We cannot promise to remove copies held by unrelated third parties. Contact support with the reference and reasons if you believe a restriction was mistaken.
