1. Service and operator
Paw Portrait Lab provides AI-generated digital pet portraits at pawportraitlab.com. We do not ship physical paintings or prints. Contact [email protected] for service questions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. Do not upload sensitive information about children. When using Google sign-in, provide accurate account information and protect access to your Google account. Do not impersonate another person, share access for abuse, or evade usage limits.
3. Your photos and generated portraits
Upload only images you own or have permission to process, including permission from identifiable people. You retain your rights in your uploads and permit us and our service providers to process them as needed to generate and deliver your requested portrait. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photo to us.
AI results may contain visual errors and may not be unique. Review results before using them. We do not guarantee exact likeness, copyright protection, exclusivity, or clearance of third-party rights. You remain responsible for your intended use.
4. Free use and paid credits
Paid checkout is not currently enabled. The free service offers up to two generations, subject to the network limits displayed in the generator and service availability. Free results are presented as watermarked previews. If paid features become available, we will display the applicable price, included generation and download rights, and credit rules before you purchase.
Displayed package information is not an active purchase offer while checkout is disabled. We will not charge you merely for visiting or choosing a template. A separate unlock offer, if introduced, will state its price and scope before purchase.
5. Refunds and billing problems
When purchases become available, our intended policy is that credit purchases are generally not eligible for discretionary cash refunds, including unused credits or a change of mind. This does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights required by applicable law.
For duplicate or unauthorized charges, credits not delivered, or another service problem, contact [email protected] with your order reference and a description. Do not email full card details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate correction, which may include restoring credits or a refund where warranted or required. Returning a credit after a failed generation is different from a cash refund. No automatic cash refund or processing deadline is promised.
6. Acceptable use and enforcement
Our AI Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. Do not generate prohibited content, bypass moderation, misuse other people’s photos, scrape private results, or interfere with the service. We may refuse requests, restrict access, or remove content under our control to investigate abuse or comply with law. Where appropriate, you may request reconsideration through our support email.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service depends on third-party hosting, storage and AI generation. Availability, generation time and error-free output are not guaranteed. Keep a copy of any result you need; the service is not permanent archival storage. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or losses caused by misuse of results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and contact us about account or data deletion. We may update these terms and identify the revised date. Material changes to paid entitlements will be communicated before they take effect; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact [email protected] about disputes or concerns.
